BOUNDARIES-BUILDING-BONDING

This Boundaries Training is vital for every person.  Boundaries are important.  They establish where you begin as well as where you end.  Boundaries help you understand and differentiate yourself from someone else.

This training will leave you knowing more about yourself.  You will learn the impact you have upon others and the profound impact they have upon you, throughout your lifetime.  You will learn how emotional distance, physical distance and consequences all play an intricate role in who a child becomes.

Remember that:

Bonding is the foundation of Boundary Building, Boundary Building is the foundation of Bridge Building, and Bridge Building is the foundation for Social Inclusion. Social Inclusion is the beginning of Conflict Prevention and Personal Peace.
